Space for notes on the order form
When I was prompted to enter a phone number I felt a bit trapped because I can't use the phone with comfort and don't want to be contacted that way. But I HAD to enter a number because it is a required field - which is a little ironic seeing this is a site for people who can't hear properly!
How about you have a field where the customer can enter communication notes? If there was one, I would have been happy to let you know that TEXT only on my mobile number was a preferred option - or to…1 vote -
Thank you
Such an easy to use site to navigate... plus one of a few to offer my preferred package type. Did I mention cheap too!

list 'price per cell'
Love your service, love your website, thanks. I thought it might be a good idea to include in all your battery prices a 'price per cell' figure, as they are all sold in mulitpacks of different sizes. Much like the supermarkets have a price listed as "$0.32c per 100g" or $1.10 per sheet" on their price tags.
It would certianly help making a cost camparison.1 vote -

to know about the Rayovac Cochlear Mercury Free batteries
I purchased these last order and have been bitterly disappointed with the quality of these batteries. Usually with the double battery power pack I can achieve 40 to 45 hours playing life with the regular Rayovac batteries. The mercury free batteries last 20 to 25 hours - making it very expensive and extremely frustrating to have to change the batteries so frequently. I won't be ordering these any more thank you.
