I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?

Yes!

If you need to change your order, please email or contact us ASAP (preferably before 3:00pm Sydney time). We normally post orders on the same day as we receive them, so it is important to notify us as soon as possible.

If you advise us of any changes after we have dispatched your order, don’t worry! When you receive the parcel - please do not open it. Simply write “Return to Sender” on the front across your address and send it back to us. No additional postage is required and we will send your revised order as soon as the original is received at no extra cost.
