What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering on line?
Using an outdated version of an internet browser is the most common cause of problems when ordering from a secure online store.
Our online secure store is optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7 (or higher). It should however work without major issues on other popular web browsers (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple’s Safari.
If you are using an Internet Explorer version earlier than IE7, we recommend updating your browser as it does not have the same security features. The latest version can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com.
Alternatively, you can download our order form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader), complete it and post or fax it to us.
Other problems with ordering may occur when paying for orders. The most common problem is the credit card has expired (or a new credit card has not yet been unlocked) and insufficient balance.
